AIMY offer

1. General Provisions

This document is the official offer of the AIMY owner to enter into a service agreement. It is made under Articles 435 and 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Registration, subscription payment, use of the Service or another confirmation of acceptance constitutes acceptance. The Customer confirms being at least 18 and legally capable.

2. Terms

Service means https://aimy.lol. AI Companion means software that generates text and voice responses and controls a 3D character. Subscription means paid access for a limited period. Credits are conditional units used for specific functions.

3. Subject

The Provider supplies access to AI-companion selection, text and voice communication, 3D-character interaction and other listed functions. Access is determined by the selected plan and available credits.

4. Payment and Subscription

Payment covers a subscription or additional credits. A subscription lasts for the period stated in the plan. Automatic renewal and recurring charges do not apply. The Customer must make a new payment to continue. Payment is complete when confirmed by the payment provider. Refund requests are handled under Russian law and may be sent to support@aimy.lol.

5. Rights and Duties

The Provider supplies access, protects personal data and publishes material changes. The Provider may change plans and restrict access for violations. The Customer must pay, avoid illegal use, respect third-party rights and be at least 18.

6. Liability

The Provider does not guarantee the accuracy or subjective perception of generated materials. AIMY is not intended to create nude or pornographic content. The Customer is responsible for further use. Liability for technical interruptions and force majeure is limited by law.

7. Privacy

Data is processed under the AIMY Policy and Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ.

8. Force Majeure

The parties are released from liability for circumstances beyond reasonable control.

9. Term

The Offer remains effective from publication until withdrawn. The agreement starts upon acceptance and lasts for the paid period.

Настоящий документ является официальным предложением владельца AIMY заключить договор оказания услуг. Оферта составлена в соответствии со статьями 435 и 437 ГК РФ. Регистрация, оплата подписки, использование Сервиса или иное подтверждение согласия считается акцептом. Заказчик подтверждает возраст 18+ и дееспособность.

2. Термины

Сервис — https://aimy.lol. AI-компаньон — программная модель, генерирующая текстовые и голосовые ответы и управляющая реакциями 3D-персонажа. Подписка — оплачиваемый доступ на ограниченный срок. Кредиты — условные единицы для отдельных функций.

3. Предмет договора

Исполнитель предоставляет выбор AI-компаньона, текстовое и голосовое общение, взаимодействие с 3D-персонажем и иные указанные функции. Условия определяются тарифом и количеством кредитов.

4. Оплата и подписка

Оплата производится за подписку или дополнительные кредиты. Подписка действует указанный в тарифе срок. Автоматическое продление и повторные списания не применяются. Для продолжения пользователь самостоятельно совершает новый платёж. Оплата подтверждается платёжным сервисом. Вопросы возврата рассматриваются по законодательству РФ; запросы: support@aimy.lol.

5. Права и обязанности

Исполнитель предоставляет доступ, защищает персональные данные и публикует существенные изменения. Исполнитель вправе менять тарифы и ограничивать доступ при нарушении. Заказчик обязан оплачивать услуги, не использовать Сервис незаконно, не нарушать права третьих лиц и быть старше 18 лет.

6. Ответственность

Исполнитель не гарантирует достоверность или субъективное восприятие сгенерированных материалов. AIMY не предназначен для создания обнажённого или порнографического контента. Пользователь отвечает за дальнейшее использование материалов. Ответственность за технические сбои и форс-мажор ограничивается законом.

7. Конфиденциальность

Данные обрабатываются согласно Политике AIMY и ФЗ №152-ФЗ.

8. Форс-мажор

Стороны освобождаются от ответственности при обстоятельствах непреодолимой силы.

9. Срок действия

Оферта действует с публикации до отзыва. Договор заключается с момента акцепта и действует в течение оплаченного периода.

Der Dienst https://aimy.lol bietet virtuelle KI-Begleiter, Text- und Sprachkommunikation sowie 3D-Charaktere. Abonnement und Credits bestimmen den verfügbaren Funktionsumfang.

Zahlungen gelten für ein befristetes Abonnement oder zusätzliche Credits. Es gibt keine automatische Verlängerung und keine automatischen Folgebelastungen. Zur Fortsetzung ist eine neue manuelle Zahlung erforderlich. Rückfragen und Erstattungsanträge: support@aimy.lol.

Der Anbieter stellt Zugang bereit, schützt personenbezogene Daten und veröffentlicht wesentliche Änderungen. Der Kunde zahlt vereinbarte Entgelte, nutzt den Dienst rechtmäßig, achtet Rechte Dritter und ist mindestens 18 Jahre alt.

KI-generierte Inhalte können ungenau oder unerwünscht sein. AIMY ist nicht zur Erstellung nackter oder pornografischer Inhalte bestimmt. Der Nutzer trägt Verantwortung für die weitere Nutzung. Datenschutz richtet sich nach der AIMY-Datenschutzrichtlinie und dem Föderalgesetz Nr. 152-FZ. Höhere Gewalt befreit die Parteien im gesetzlich zulässigen Umfang. Das Angebot gilt ab Veröffentlichung bis zum Widerruf.

Le Prestataire fournit l'accès, protège les données et publie les changements importants. Le Client paie, utilise légalement le Service, respecte les droits de tiers et a au moins 18 ans.

Les contenus générés peuvent être inexacts ou indésirables. AIMY n'est pas destiné à créer du contenu nu ou pornographique. L'utilisateur est responsable de leur utilisation ultérieure. Les données sont traitées selon la Politique AIMY et la loi fédérale russe n°152-FZ. La force majeure exonère les parties dans les limites légales. L'offre s'applique dès sa publication jusqu'à son retrait.

提供者はアクセスを提供し、個人データを保護し、重要な変更を公開します。利用者は料金を支払い、合法的に利用し、第三者の権利を侵害せず、18歳以上でなければなりません。

AI生成物は不正確または望ましくない場合があります。AIMYは裸体またはポルノコンテンツの生成を目的としません。利用者はその後の利用に責任を負います。データ処理はAIMY方針およびロシア連邦法第152-FZ号に従います。不可抗力の場合、法の範囲内で責任を免れます。本オファーは公開時から撤回まで有効です。
